Being human is complicated.

You don't have to sort it out alone.

Therapy for adults in Golden, CO and virtually across the state

Find out who you are and do it on purpose.

Therapy offers a place to slow down and see what’s happening beneath the surface.
I work with adults (18+) who want support navigating emotional pain, trauma, life transitions, and questions of meaning, identity, and direction. My style is grounded, collaborative, and responsive to you. Serious work, without stiffness or pretense.
The work doesn’t need to feel overly clinical to be effective. I aim to create a space that’s thoughtful and steady, but also human — a place where warmth, curiosity, and even a little lightness can exist alongside depth.

What I Help With

People rarely fit neatly into categories, but some common starting points include:
Anxiety
Depression
Trauma & PTSD
Life transitions
Grief
Attachment & relationship patterns
Alcohol use
OCD
Religious trauma
Self-esteem
Spirituality
ADHD
If what you’re dealing with isn’t on this list, you’re still welcome to reach out. You don’t need the “right” reason to start therapy. It can sometimes be just a feeling that something isn’t sitting right.

Why Juniper Roots

Juniper trees grow in harsh conditions by adapting rather than resisting. They bend, twist, and even appear to dance in the wind, all while finding ways to stay rooted.

Therapy can work in a similar way — not by avoiding difficulty, but by learning how to meet life with more flexibility, clarity, and care.

If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call/text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
